A list of all money received by you from anyone else to help cover the living expenses of you or other members of your household

Documents Regarding Your Debts

All lawsuits or garnishments papers received in the last twelve months

A copy of your credit report can be obtained for free from www.annualcreditreport.com or any of the three major reporting agencies

A current mortgage statement showing outstanding balance and any existing arrearages

Retail Installment Contracts for any vehicle you owe money on
