Gregory P. Oliverosgreg@orbankruptcy.comGregory P. Oliveros is an Oregon native who has resided in the state for over a half century. He is a graduate of Washington High School. Greg graduated from Western Oregon State College in 1973, earning a Bachelors Degree in Education. He taught in the Portland Public School District from 1973 through 1987. In 1980-81, Greg returned to school to earn two Masters Degrees from Portland State University. For over ten years, Greg was employed part time at Nordstrom at the Lloyd Center. Greg graduated from Lewis and Clark in 1990 and began practicing law in 1991. Greg practices primarily in two areas, family law and bankruptcy. In his spare time, Greg plays golf and enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, Gina, three daughters and two granddaughters. |

Michael D. O'Brienmike@orbankruptcy.comMichael D. O'Brien is the Managing Partner of Oliveros & O'Brien, P.C. and supervises the Bankruptcy Practice Group. Mike is an Oregon native and a graduate of Wilson High School and the University of Oregon where he earned a Bachelors of Science Degree with a major in History. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Mike attended the University of Wisconsin Law School and completed his studies to earn the Doctor of Law degree in December 1994. Mike was admitted to practice law in Oregon in April of 1995. He was admitted in Wisconsin in May of 1995, and licensed in Washington in September 1997. Mike's practice focuses on bankruptcy for small business owners and complex chapter 7 and 13 cases. Mike also represents individuals and small business owners in chapter 11 reorganization proceedings. In 2007, Mike received Board Certification as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification. He is a frequent speaker on Debtor Creditor issues and an active member of the Oregon State Bar Debtor/Creditor section. Mike is married to his darling wife Cheri, and they have four children - Kyle, Toran, Maguire and Jocelyn. Although his legal practice keeps him busy Mike is a dedicated husband and father who coaches Baseball with one son, is involved with Scouting with another and never misses a school concert or dance performance. |

William Clarence Knox, IIIbill@orinjuryhelp.comWilliam Clarence Knox, III (Bill) was born and raised in the Hampton Rhodes area of the great southern state of Virginia. After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 1985, Mr. Knox moved to Washington, DC where he took a position with a large engineering company in their Contracts Administration Department. After several years of toiling away just inside the DC’s nightmarish beltway, Mr. Knox finagled a transfer back home to the company’s Virginia Beach, VA office. Mr. Knox’s interests are quite diverse. While in high school he was actively involved with the Chesapeake Volunteer Fire Department and Boy Scouts where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. After returning home to Virginia Beach, Mr. Knox continued serving his community by joining and becoming a sworn auxiliary police officer with the Virginia Beach Police Department. As a police officer Mr. Knox primarily worked out of the department’s resort oceanfront precinct with a concentration in basic law and traffic enforcement. In 1993 Mr. Knox decided to move Portland, Oregon in order to be closer to his family. In 1995 Mr. Knox was married to Lee Anne and later adopted her daughter April. In 1997 Mr. Knox decided to follow a lifelong dream and entered law school at Willamette University’s College of Law. While in law school Mr. Knox earned awards for his trial skills and was a member of the school’s law review. Mr. Knox was admitted to practice law in Oregon and Washington in 2000, and he now concentrates his practice in personal injury, domestic relations and other general business litigation matters. |

Todd N. Wilkinsontodd@orbankruptcy.comTodd N. Wilkinson was born in Minnesota and grew up in Los Angeles County. He received his B.A. in 1992 from U.C. Santa Barbara, where he also learned to scuba dive and spent a lot of time road and mountain biking. After graduating from UCSB, Todd worked full time for Trader Joe's prior to entering law school. In 1999 Todd received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law. He also worked as a web developer during the tech boom years in Orange County, California. In 2003 Todd and his wife decided to move to Oregon in anticipation of starting a family. After relocating, Todd returned to law and was admitted to practice in both Oregon state and District Court in 2004. Todd's practice focuses on both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, consumer law and general business matters. In his spare time, Todd enjoys playing guitar, working on home improvement projects and spending as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters. |

Hunter B. ZookHunter Zook was born and raised in Westchester, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and his Doctor of Law degree from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. While in law school, Hunter served as an intern for Judge William J. Boyle in the Springfield District Court. He also had the honor of studying law under Henry J. Boroff, Chief Justice for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts. After graduating from law school, Hunter and his wife decided to move to the great state of Oregon to begin their legal careers. Hunter joined Oliveros & O’Brien in 2009 as an associate; his primary focus is on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy issues. Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife, going on hikes, and playing a lot of golf. |
